the legendary fisherman:1 (cannot be chosen as attack target)

aqua madoor:1( high no scrafice defence)

neo aqua madoor:1 (extremely high defence 1 sacrafice 3000)

submarineroid:1 (attack opponents life points)

ocean dragon lord neo daedalus:2 ( real good)

island turtle:1 (no sacrafice 200 defence like aqua madoor)

gagagigo:1 (high attack no sacrafice 1850)

jowls of dark demise:1 (gets 2 control any card 4 1 turn when fliped)

yomi ship:1(when killed the killer dies)

hydrogeddon:2 (water dragon card with ok attack and effect)

oxygeddon:1(water dragon card with ok attack and effect)

frostosarus:1(high attack monster 4 only 1 sacrafice 2800)

hamon lord of striking thunder:1 (umi gives it 200 attack)

water dragon:1( VERY GOOD)

MAGIC:

mask of brutality:1(gives 1000 attack but takes away 1000 life points unless u have tornado wall)

premature burial:1( brings back monster)

umi:2 (increases water monters by 200 points in attack and defence)

malevolent nuzzler:1(gives 700 attack)

a legendary ocean:2 (increases water monters by 200 points in attack and defence and degrades water monster stars by 1 point)

lightning vortex:1 (destroys all oponents monsters)

scape goat:1( saves u when opponent attacks and u have no monsters and brings token monsters 2 the field)

mystical space typhoon:1

monster reincarnation:1 (brings back any monster in the graveyard 2 ur hand)

big wave small wave:1( destroys the same amount of water monsters on the field and in ur hand then special summons the ones from ur hand)

bonding h20:1

lucky iron axe:1(gives 500 attack and when monster is destroyed draw 1 card)

continuous destruction punch:1(look it up its long)

yellow luster sheild:1 (gives 300 defense 2 all monsters on u field[continuous])

banner of courage :1 ( during u battel phase increase attack of all monsters by 200 points [continuous])

tribute to the doomed:1(destroys any monster)

TRAP:

tornado wall:1( o damage 2 life points)

you have too many cards that are not very centered in a theme. Sure, you have a WATER deck, but how bout trying a WATER DRAGON deck??? or maybe Tornado wall / terrorking salmon / gigagagagigo deck? or Even a OTK Neo- dadelus deck. you need to be more focused. What are the chances of drawing your ONLY oxygeddon with your ONLY 2 hydrogeddon with bonding H2O??? you need like 3 of each of those and 3 water dragon!!! the limit to a card in Yugioh is 3! get more copies of a card!!! good for you MAN.....
