Updating Janome 10000

Question

Bought a used Janome 10000 version 2.2 Wanted to upgrade to version 3.0. Loaded the software and connected the machine to my computer. It started to upload and got to 29 out of 65 and stopped. Tried it again on 2 different computers and same results. Now machine when turned on has blank screen. How can I get machine back to "normal" 2.2 version and out of upload mode so it's useable???
