Updating Tom Tom 700go?

hi

I have a file of folders downloaded to Install to a Tom TOm for my boss I no idea how to do it I thought you would just drag and drop but it didnt work I tried the Voices ie Mr T and put the file in the Voices folder it didnt work

How do you go about it I have loads of small folders Maps Voices Etc etc and I didnt want to s***w the tom tom up

any help
