Upgrade to XP pro gets blue screen error 0x0000007e?

got a computer. upgraded from 512mb to 2gb ram and installed fresh version of XP pro. I get a blue screen with error 0x000007e (0x00005, 0xb9fb0184, 0xbad06d44, 0xbad06a40)

  1. Probably a RAM error then. Make MemTest boot disc, leave it running overnight, and post the results on the support forum of your RAMs manufacturer.
