1st the firmware upgrade, I downloaded it from Olevia, but HOW do I get it in the TV? I cannot find the service cable/program for the service port.secondly, the TV just quits, then all of the settings are MAXED out, and the V chip is turned on. If I reset the default levels and unlock the V chip it works for a while longer and then does it again.
