Upgrades for my yamaha waveblaster 2 HELP?????

i have recientially bought a waveblaster 2 and it appears to have a upgraded twin carborator and was wondering if anyone who rides these would know of anymore upgrades and is it normal for one of these to tip easily compared to a 3 seater and then fill the bildge with a ton of water?

Older PWC's such as yours are definitely more "tippy" than newer models (especially three-person craft) which are more stable.  They will take on water, make sure if you overturn it that you uprite it the "right" way.  (clockwise, if you are behind the craft and in the water..there should be a little diagram on the back)

Without getting to technical, these engines do have some potential for "tuning" but it is extremely stressful on the engine, shaft, etc.  Unless you are going to do repair/rebuilds yourself, I would limit my mods to things like an intake "scoop", high performance spark plugs, stainless impeller, etc.
