Upgrading Sky tv packages/mixes, help please?

Question

I currently only have 2 entertainment mixes, but i want to upgrade to sky sports, when i try to do this online, or from my sky box it calculates that it will cost me £52, when it really should only cost £35 with 2 entertainment mixes, if i go to checkout, will i be charged £52 or £35????

Give them a call instead, we did that a couple of months ago to upgrade to the movies, and ended up getting everything for only £11 the month more for 6 months.  We saved £35 doing it this way rather than online.

The same thing is happening with me when i try and upgrade, i think the best thing is to just ring up!
