How do I upgrade the CPU and mainboard on an ECS iBuddie A900?Curreltly, my system has a VIA Samuel2 processor at 731 MHz. Additionally there's 248MB RAM and 10 Gig HD. At this time I am only interested inupgrading the processor, which I believe also entails upgrading the mainboard for the faster speed. Additional hardware are a 4-port USB built in, a DVD-ROM, built-in touch pad mouse, serial, video and PS2 ports, and monitor.As it is, this computer is fine for typing and email, but really sucks for videos, music and graphics. It plays very choppily and often freezes up. It also freezes when multiple browser tabs are running at the same time. I'm running Windows XP home on it. It's simply outdated and I need to upgrade. Can you advise? What parts are compatible?
