Upgrading to a high quality LCD, want to make the most of it...what Comcast plan/features should I choose?

I'm going over the Comcast plans and I'm having a hard time figuring out what fits my needs (without paying more than I need to). I'm looking at Digital Classic with ON DEMAND or Digital Preferred, but I can't tell what the difference between them is (other than a $1 price difference) and I'm not sure if they already include HD channels or if I need to tack that on for an extra $7 a month. Can someone with one of these plans shed some light on the subject?

I want:

- HD Channels

- On Demand

- DVR

I don't need any premium channels like HBO.

I have comcast too but I don't have a Hi Def Tv - buying one very soon though - with comcast, you can ask for the digital basic package which includes the hi-def resolution.

Also, a tip, mention that you were thinking about going to dish and if they have a special going on - you'll get a discounted rate for at least six months - never fails!
