Upload script for my html web site?

i have a html website i need help so i could upload files, pictures, and video to my ftp folder that i have on the web

If you already have the ftp site and passwords etc then i would recommend using Filezilla, this is the easiest way i find to upload and i find it quick and simple with its side by side file format.
