Uploaded pdf files don't show the correct icon?

Recent uploads of .pdf files do not show the Adobe pdf icon.

I've uploaded Adobe Acrobat files to the files section of my Yahoo group in the past, and the Adobe pdf icon shows.

I'm creating pdf's on mydesktop from within the print dialog box in Word for Mac, then adding the file from Yahoo Groups in Firefox.

I tried to upload the same type files and the result was I did get the correct icon. it could be a temp glitch of some kind within Yahoo, I'd report it
