Uploading Flip videos?

Question

When I connect my Flip Video camera to my computer, it opens the files but says it's unable to play them in Windows Media Player.

I've downloaded all of the software, but it still doesn't seem to work.

Also, If I open them in the Flip software, is there a way to save them to my actual computer?
