Uploading Video to Snapfish?

Question

Hello- I am trying to upload video to Snapfish for the first time from my JVC Everio camcorder. I have saved the files onto my computer. They are in MPEG-2 format, and when saved on my computer hard drive, have the file extension of .mod

When I go into the Snapfish file uploader, and go into the file I have the video saved in, nothing appears. Whats wrong? Is it not recognizing the .mod extension as a video file? What do I need to do to upload these? Thanks
