Uploading on Canon SD1100 IS?

When I first got my camera, [I haven't had it very long, almost a month] the uploading was fine.

A couple days ago I went to upload some pictures I had took onto the computer & when The Canon Camera Window would pop up after I hooked up the USB cord, there wasn't any things to click on.

This happened multiple times. I have tried so many times, but it still doesn't work.

Any suggestions?

I do have a 3 year warranty on it, but if I took it to a Best Buy or anything like that, which they said I could, and was covered on the warranty, I don't know what they would be able to do about it...

The default setting on your cameras software would detect any image being a MPG. JPG. etc. If you adjusted this or are using a different setting etc. It may not show the type of photos you are looking for. Hence it would no show any photos. If there are no images at ll it would state no image when you click it over for the playback. Disconnect it from the'puter to see if any images are present, if there are plug it in and make sure you are looking for ALL types.
