Uploading photos to a website please help!?

the website said the photos need to be JPEG format and i dont know what mines is but it cant be JPEG or it would have uploaded..can someone tell me the easiest way to change it so it can upload my photos? please and thank you!

Hello! selected one of favorite pictures in filmstrip and right click - click on proporties that tells some information or

just rest your mouse on one of the picture's it tells u the same info
