Uploading photos to a website?

I'm trying to upload pictures to either costco.com or walgreens.com, and each time, my computer closes the window, and reopens Internet Explorer. Should I being using a different web browser? I need to upload them tonight! Help!

possibly uploader program only works with iexplorer,
