Uploading photoshopped pictures onto the web

I have some pictures that I made look...funny...

anyway, i want to post them on facebook or something, but they can't be because they exceed 10 MB of data... what's a way I can compress them so I can upload them? (btw, i've tried making them teeny tiny, but that still doesn't seem to work)

Flatten the image using the option in 'layers' (menu bar), then save as jpeg. (.jpg)This should bring up a dialog box with a slider on it. the slider controls the amount of compression, so experiment with it by sliding it down a bit further each time you save. there should be a size reading in mb in the same dialog box - if not I'm afraid you need to experiment with it a bit.
