Uploading pics to computer from phone?

Question

I have a sch-a930 samsung phone and for whatever the case is, it will not let me download my pictures onto the computer.

This is exactly what i did:

1. found the picture I wanted to upload [on my phone ]

2. sent it to my email adress

3. went to my email adress

4. TRIED to download it (failed)

I don't know what else to do?

IT WILL NOT UPLOAD!

Is there any other way to get the pics on my phone onto the computer?!

**and i don't have a USB or whatever any other of those special devices.

If you have Bluetooth on your phone and on your computer, you can pair your computer and your phone and send the pictures via Bluetooth.
