Uploading video website HELP!!!?

Question

Ok im trying to find a website that I can put upload myvideos onto that's free that I can edit the videos I edit on there but also a website that's free that I can re-save the videos I edited on my computer! ANSWERS WOULD BE SOOOOOOOOOOOO HELPFUL!!! THANX SOOOO MUCH!!! :D

Why not just try YouTube? or VEOH.com?  I think Google might be free but I'm not 100% sure -- my friend uses Google to upload his videos.

If you need to edit the videos then just take them down, then edit them, then re-upload them again.

EDIT:  Oh, and for YouTube, I know that you're only required to make an account in order to upload your vids but there's no charge in actually uploading them. :)
