Upper & bottom arms are not turning even though the motor seems OK, pump for draining seems OK too. rcently I changed the pump kit plus some gasket and seals. My Maytag is about 14 y\old and was very good for me untill I changed the parts. Could it be a weak motor \pump. The water splashes very much in the machine but no arm turning!?Help me thank you Ben
