Last year, I did 370 curl ups every day (185 in the morning and 185 at night) for about four months which I really regret now and will never do that many again. One day in December, I had a knot in my back that really hurt, but I didn't do anything about it and it gradually spread to my entire back hurting. For like five months, my back hurt extremely bad every day no matter what. Now, it hurts a lot, but not every day; but sometimes it hurts so bad I can't even move. I have good posture and I haven't worked out except occasionally running since it started hurting nine months ago, but I really need to get back into shape.
I can't go to a chiropractor so I was wondering if anyone has experienced the same thing or knows what is wrong with my back.
