Upper body strength to break dance?

Wat muscles r required to do the freezes while break dancing?

(a.k.a. lift ur body up using ur hands to freeze or do windmill)

specific muscles would b nice but if u dont know the specific names, general regions work as well (general regions such as chest muscles or w/e)

  1. biceps, triceps, pectorals, serratus anterior, abs, obliques, rhomboids, lower trapezius, latissimus dorsi, deltiods,teres major  

    so do:  lots of push-ups, bench press, dips, chin-ups, chest press, shoulder press, crunches, back extension, bicep curls, low row
