Ups delivery?

I order Skirts for my car from ebay, a few weeks later UPS leaves a message on my answering machine wanting to know who will install them. What I want to know is why UPS needs this info? i live in toronto ontario canada.

UPS is a delivery service and should deliver any package to the address on it, regardless.  They shouldn't need to know who will install them.  Call them and ask them why they want to know.  Be friendly, at least at first.  Ask them when the skirts will be delivered while you're talking to them.  It certainly sounds strange to me.  

It could be that whoever called is interested in something similar and is just looking for a good shop to have work done.
