Ups lost a package with my sons' and I personal infomation can I do anything about it?

ups lost a package with me and my sons personal infomation birth certs, sscard, drivers license copy and my sons pic school id along with passport app & my notorized sig...can i sue them? what should i do someone could have this?

yes you can sue them!! those are LEGAL documents! but first go there and talk to some one about how you can try to get it back, if they say there is nothing they can do about it, yell at them...
