Ups or Fedex package handler for quiet shy type ppl?

Is this a good job for someone who doesn't speak very much and has social anxiety?

Sure, you don't deal with the public, just the same group of co-workers everyday. A driver on the other hand deals with tons of people everday. As a package handler the job is so fast paced that there isn't alot of time to chit-chat anyhow.
