Ups said they delivered product, I didn't get anything.?

as you can see it said it was delivered at 2:35, I was home at 2:35 I did not hear my door ringbell at all. anyway I check all over my house multiple times, I check the mailbox, and its not here... It has been 2 hours sense they said it was delivered.

ALSO, I can't seem to find the real customer service phone number, They just have this number for an automated speaker who cant answer this question PLEASE HELP!!

If it was a purchase from a business, call the shipper, they generally have a Sales Rep with UPS that will help sort it out.

If you were issued a UPS tracking number by the seller you can go too UPS.com/tracking and enter the number and you will get a delivery date and time.

If you didn't get the number from the seller, contact them for the number.  By the way UPS leaves a notice if they tried too deliver and couldn't do so.  I have had then put in potted plants but usually they are stuck in the door.
