Upscale Caribbean Restaurant in Orlando?

Question

My fiance is from the West Indies & I want to take him out to a nice caribbean influenced restaurant. Thus far, all that I have been able to find is casual Caribbean dining.

Any one know of any higher end Caribbean style restaurants in the Orlando area- other than Bahama Breeze. (Maybe somewhere more high-scale than Bahama Breeze even?)

Please let me know. Any help would be greatly appreciated ;o)

This place may not be ultra upscale but it is definitely authentic & a nice atmosphere... Way better that Bahama Breeze.
