Upside down picture. recently bought this hdtv and have been having trouble with the picture.

recently bought this hdtv and have been having trouble with the picture. within minutes of turning the tv on the picture turns upside down. nothing you do gets it to do right. you'd have to stand on you head to be able to watch. does anyone know what the prob is? the book that came with it gives no help with this...
