  1. I think this is a problem that can be helped with pure common sense, although I am with you, I would love to see tighter welfare laws for wildlife. Using more secure garbage cans is a good start. A fox has a smaller chance of suffering from a intestinal blockage if they can't get into the garbage can. Cleaning up litter can be a big help.

Also, enforced leash laws for dogs/cats. A fox can get attacked by a dog or cat if it came into its yard, but again, there is a smaller chance of it getting attacked by one if there is an enforced leash law.

I'm probably rambling, but I just thought I'd throw some ideas out there :)

  2. Actually their lifespan is much longer than that, as long as they become road-wise and know the highway code!

That might sound daft, but we had a vixen, which used to train her cubs to wait at pedestrian lights for them to trurn green!

  3. If people didn't leave c**p everywhere, they would move out of towns & live longer through not being poisoned, run over or shot.

It doesn't need legislation, it needs everyone to take some responsibility.

  4. 9 TAIL FOX!!!!!!!!!
