Urban unemployment in China?

Explain the different types of urban unemployment that exists in China today. How does the government plan to handle its unemployment problem?

It is not handling it well.  It doles out money to the unemployed much as we do in this country which affords the average individual enough to barely buy food.

I thought that with all the expansion in China that there would be littlle or no unemployment - wrong.
