Question:

Urge to Defecate QUESTION?

Why do I have an urge to defecate usually when I'm outdoors? I believe it has something to do with nerves and muscles, because I'm 30 and not overweight. I eat healthy as well!

It's that feeling you get when you are just about to run a 1 mile track (heart is racing, palms are sweaty, adrenaline is running) and sometimes get a strong urge to defecate!!

GOOD IDEAS PLEASE!!!

  1. You nervous at all when you are outdoors? Think about it. Also there might be just that you sit a lot inside and when you are outside it gets things moving more lol.

That urge is due to nerves it's a natural instinct (that a lot of animals have actually) the purpose is of course to scare or sicken away any preditor or threat whether that be percieved or real. Of course people a)wear clothes that can easily be soiled b) feel highly embarrissed about defecating in front of others and c) the threats usually come from quite harmless things but involved with performance or anxiety such as racing or making a speach.

I guess you gotta figure out whether it is just that you havent gone to the toilet lately, your body has just got a clock going, the exercise is bringing it on (exercise helps with that sort of thing), you actually feel a little nervous when outside or it could be a medical thing.
