I have no idea how to do this, and I really need help as soon as possible.

"You want to determine the length, width, and area of a rectangular structure. You are told that three times the width of the reactangle is three greater than twice its length. You also know that twelve more than its perimeer is the same as 4 times its length."

Please help it's urgent! Please explain and show steps on how you did it!

Let W= width, L = Length

you know that 3W = 2L + 3

2L = 3W-3, 4L = 6W-6

and you know that 2W + 2L + 12 = 4L (Perimeter = length of all sides added together)

Substitute in for 2L, 4L:

2W + 3W-3 + 12 = 6W-6

Do some algebra, W = 15

L = 21

Area = 15x21 = 315
