Urgent, help please!! tell me if you think this return /nordstroms idea will work?

my mom and i went to a saks 5th brand name outlet and i wanted a pair of true religions i tried on a pair that fit perfect but she made me get them in next size up. its horrible theyre baggy and sagg in the but and are like a foot longer then they should be. so i thought i could buy a similar pair at nordstroms in a size down cut of the inside size label on the saks ones put the nordstrom tag on them and return/pass them of as the nordstrom ones. do u think it will work

p.s. theyre the same style name (billy straight leg)

why dont you go back to saks 5th and return them and get the smaller size?

ok ready??? Dont bother trying to swap the inside tag just leave it, remove the price tag from the jean and return the jean with no tag and use the reciept to return it. trust me it works. they only need a reciept OR return label. and the reciept does not  show the SIZE so your all good!
