  1. Melt the choc down in the microwave. Slowly mix in some whipped cream, and a dab of butter and maybe a splash of milk. Then gently fold into the whipped cream.

Or add the choc chips to the pancakes and just top with a dallop of whipped cream.

  2. if you have sugar of any kind, you can add it with some water and let it cook down until it becomes a thick substance and add some unsweetened chocolate to create a chocolate glaze.

    Or a more simple way:

Squirt or place whip cream on pancake in decorative "dallops" and then shave some of the chocolate off into little "shavings" and sprinkle over top.

Or melt chocolate by itself and smother that stuff on.  And add whip cream on top.

Chocolate is delicious. So is whip cream. Use your imagination.

  3. Go for it. Melt the chocolate with a wee bit of butter, and then drizzle it on top of the whipped cream and pancakes good luck I hope it's yummy.

  4. Go for it.  Also, check out Paula Deen at foodnetwork.com because she has an awesome chocolate chip pancake recipe or just search the site for pancake recipes.  Enjoy!

  5. I agree with Cowgirl's recipe, except that since it is unsweetened chocolate don't forget to add some sugar to the chocolate (and taste it) before you add it to the whipping cream.

  6. Yeah that can still be good. Try melting the chocolate so its syrupy and then pour it over the pancakes and top it with whipped cream and enjoy!
