Hey all, im a 16 year old boy and am currently 10 stone on the dot!.. Even though that may seem usual, im only 5ft 6.. So my body fat is showing on my whole body apart from legs as there in frequent use of playing sports, for example football throughout my whole life. Im starting to see myself developing some b*****s but at the very early stages and really need some help. Can anybody suggest to me a exercise plan that could help me lose a fair few pounds in a few months or so ? I really need to know the frequency and intensity of this plan. My diet consists of 3 meals a day which are relatively unhealthy but not too bad. Generally, morning is Cereal/Toast, Lunch is usually a sandwich and dinner, whatever my mum feels like cooking! Lol But thats mainly Package food. Please help me! Thank you, all advice much appreciated :D
