I would say about 12 pounds on the train to Tottenham Hale, and from there you should take Victoria line and change on Finsbury Park to Picaddilly line and go to Holborn. I would say that tube travel will be about 3 pounds.

Fares for the Stansted Express are are follows:

Stansted to Tottehnam Hale:

Single £ 15 from the machine

Open Return £24 from the machine

Stansted to Liverpool Street:

Single £17 from the machine

Open Return £26 from the machine

On the Underground a single fare from either Tottenham Hale to Holborn or from Liverpool Street to Holborn is £4 but it's cheaper if you have an Oyster Card.  

Routes to the Stansted Express by Underground are either take the Central Line at Holborn to Liverpool Street or get on the Piccadilly Line at Holborn & change to the Victoria Line at Finsbury Park and go to Tottenham Hale.  

Maxiimum Fare using Liverpool Street would be £30 (assuming you buy open return & don't get an Oyster, £19 if you get a single)

Maximum using Tottenham Hale would be £28

(assuming you buy an open return & don't get an Oyster, £17 if you get a single)
