Urgent advice pls?

I've a question, im a 457 OFW, working here in Brisbane and im thinking of moving to Melbourne for another job. what will happen to my visa, do i need to renew, are they gunna send me home first? does anyone know what would happen? what are my benefits or risks from my current jobplace... and the workplace agreement?

This is the third time you've asked this question today. Once is enough and you see all of the answers together.

The answer is that you can change employers, but you must lodge a new visa application. The new employer must also lodge a new sponsorship and/or nomination if valid sponsorship or nomination does not already exist.
