Question

Am recruting people in my business..

am doing outsoursing for any company in France

I must have computer material for my new staff.

Naturally they should give that..

The question is...

How to convice them to give the materials ???

because they are coming with an argument that am only to benefit that materials if the project come to the end..

TELL THEM IF THEY WANT YOU TO WORK THERE SO  THEY HAVE TO GIVE THAT TO YOU.

While I cannot answer for the French business customs, in the States, it is customary for the company performing the work to supply all the needed equipment and materials.  The advantage for a business doing outsourcing is that it no longer needs to purchase the materials or perform upkeep on the equipment, otherwise, there is no advantage to outsourcing.
