ok so whenever i go to install somthing my computer just shuts down what can i do ?

run a virus scan; sounds like a virus.

If you have any antivirus or antispyware programs, run full scans to see if that's what's causing the problem. If not, you should do an online scan (I would recommend www.eset.com/onlinescan/ ). If for some reason that STILL doesn't fix it, you should boot into safe mode and install Spybot. Once you are able to install programs, I would suggest that you use Avira Antivirus, Spyware Doctor Starter Edition (Which you can get from the Google Pack website for free), and Malwarebyte's Antimalware.
