asparagus,chat potatoes keep it simple with traditional butter salt pepper ,honey,paprika,garlic what ever dont go too overboard and take emphasis off the fish ohh and baby carrots softly done.......geez now im hungry! good luck ( suggestions assuming your grilling the trout)

Boiled, crushed new potatoes, toasted almonds, sea salt and a bit of pepper and a fresh green salad!  Simple is best, oh and a wedge of lemon to squeeze over the top.  Can I come for dinner please!?
