  1. No matter how many times you ask the question, the answer doesn't change, and it doesn't matter in the least if you think you're a good person, it's still insurance fraud if you don't tell the truth.

    As I said last time:

What do you mean what should you do? You allowed an unlicensed person to drive your car, and they wrecked it for you.

Now you plan to defraud the insurance by letting them think you were driving? Tell them the truth. They won't cover it in all probability once you do, but you'll be better off than being caught in fraud, and they will investigate.

And an insurance agent has told you the same thing.  Now, get off the computer and go do the right thing.

  2. It always amazes me how people manage to turn a small deal into a potential insurance fraud case.

Assuming you are in the U.S. your insurance coverage policy will cover any driver that you give permission to drive your car. Licensed or unlicensed, doesn't matter. I have paid out tons of claims over the years where the driver didn't have a drivers license. I mostly handle claims in the U.S. Midwest and have not seen a policy that automatically denies coverage for a unlicensed driver as long as they had the car owners permission to use the car.

Now with the way things are you might run into some problems. You guys need to tell the truth to the authorities and your insurance company.

If she had not lied this would have a minor little claim. I hope she feels guilty about s******g this up royally.

    Good Luck

  3. Dude...... I didn't understand a thing you just said. Your accent is so strong, I can't understand your typing....

From what I gather, You and " your lover" have lied to the police AND your insurance company. It's called insurance fraud and you can go to prison for a long time.
