how can i write on scanned document

i want to scan a document and save it as a word form then make a correction on it ... does it possible?

  1. If the document you're scanning is a printed document, you can use OCR. I think there's some free OCR programs out there. They read the documents and allow you to edit its contents.


  2. I think MS word can do it....

    just open the file, use print screen, then

    open ms word, and click paste (ctrl+v)

    Now u can edit. But u have to do this multiple time if ur documents runs more that one screen....

  3. You first need to convert your document into a text file: this is done with (as said above) "OCR" (Optical Character Recognition).

    Most printer/scanners come with a program that does it: you scan, NOT an image, but a TEXT.  It will then output a scan as a text file you can edit.
