Urgent!!!!!Dont pass!Please tell me what this means in this application form?

I recently got an offer from US Embassy to work with them.Bieng a foreign national i have to fill up a special application form.I have a doubt regarding this.At the space for signature it says "the name as usually written and which will be used as official signature".So what am i to put there.My signature?My name ? or both?Please help!!

  1. If it is the space for the signature you must sign there. You must sign with your name as usually written (some people doesn't that's why the form says that). That signature will be your official signature. The space is only for your signature.

  2. I don't mean to be rude, so please do not misconstrue my comment, but did you APPLY to the US Embassy for work or did you receive an unsolicited offer?

    I am hoping you did not receive some sort of scam e-mail attempting to get private information from you.

    If I am off base, please ignore this post.

  3. Sometime Forms like that want your full legal name.  I think this one is asking for your signature, the way you normally write it.

    For example, some people don't write their full name.  They sign with just their first initial.

    So, give your usual signature.

  4. Your signature as you usually sign things like checks or other legal documents.
