  1. Alcohol is an antiseptic, more so than many other liquors because there is so little to it: no sugars, flavorings, etc.  Vodka is made by filtering the alcohol 3-6 times (the more, the better!).  The alcohol in vodka is what makes it antibacterial.

Urine is an antiseptic (the darker, the better, believe it or not!) because it, too, is antibacterial.  It is filtered, reabsorbed, and re-filtered in the kidneys.  While it may be used to clean wounds and you can drink it (though I wouldn't suggest it unless you're in a life-or-death situation!), it won't give you a buzz like vodka would.

...and might I just say this was a gross topic?  Now all I can think of is whether you were pondering making some strange cocktail...blegh!!

  2. so do you plan on ordering vodka n pee at the bar?

  3. There both similar in the fact that they are sterilizers but for different reasons.

Alcohol because it contains alcohol, which like rubbing alcohol, will sanitize.

Urine because it contains ammonia, which is also a cleaner.

But as far as containing the same thing, I'm not sure but Unless it's just salt, i don't think they have anything else in common.

  4. Hey bartender!  Give me a Cranberry & Pee on the rocks with a twist pleae!!!   hee hee hee.  :)

  5. i hope you arent considering drinking urine
