  1. I am for the Democratic party, although over the years I am feeling a little nervous because we can't seem to unify and elect a leader even in 2004 when Bush was obviously the WORST candidate for the job, but I digress.  I am for the Democratic party because for the most part they represent my own value system, as in I think there should be more universal programs (health care, education) and fewer tax breaks for the very wealthy.  We are seeing our middle class disappear and an ultra elite on top with a wide poor base on the bottom.  That is not good for anybody - crime rates rise as do unplanned pregnancies.  Additionally, I am pro-choice so this normally also aligns me with the Democratic party.  To be honest, I cannot see how many Republicans are still holding on considering the embarrassment that George W. Bush has been to their party for the last eight years.  I feel sorry for people who are truly conservative because who do they have to turn to for leadership?  A crying shame.

  2. 1. Fiscal Conservative Republican, I work hard for what I get and i would like to keep it and not give it to others that don't work for it, unless it is MY choice!

    2. My family, my country, my corp!

  3. 1. I'm a independent or to be exact a proud libertarian.

    2. Because the 2 party system is broken, Republicans and Democrats are responsible for the mess were in today- We need to take a new direction.

    3. A president that follows the constitution. If you look at every problem we have today its because of a lack of respect of following the rule of law the constitution. We went into Iraq illegally and quite frankly Iraq had nothing to with 9/11. We should have been hunting down Osama Bin Ladin- Not fighting for Bush and cheney's oil stocks. In such a troubling time only a libertarian can fix the mess were in. Libertarians are strict constitutionalists who believe in little government intervention.
