  1. What counrty are you from?

There are differant circumstances dependent upon the country you live in.  If for example you can proove you have a job and property in the home country it makes things easier.

Speak to the US consolate and ask them.

    Best of luck.

  2. Didn't the Phillipines kick out our Air Force Bases?

Stay at home, friend. Try to improve your own country.

  3. Well, essentially, your family wasn't able to convince the consular officer that you don't intend to immigrate to the US. Considering that there is an immigrant visa petition on file for your family, that doesn't seem too hard to understand. Filipinos have to wait for very long periods for visa petitions, because so many of them have signed up to emigrate. In  your family's case, it sounds like there is a F3 family preferece petition on file, and for Filipinos, those take about 17 years. Actually, you don't age out until you turn 21, not 18, but I don't think that will help very much, I'm afraid.

  4. There's virtually nothing you can do to force them to give you a tourists visa.

    Sorry!

  5. If you have a inmigrate visa in course.. it will be difficult that the consulate grant you a turist visa... they will think your are going to inmigrate...

    Good Luck !!!

  6. you need to PROVE to USCIS that you WILL return home at the end of your visit. IF you cannot PROVE this then you will be denied.
