what does that US benifit of third world countries by the world bank . this is my thesis to an essay please help anything will do

  1. look at Sudan, it says everything.. the world bank gave them money to plant cash crops like cotton. they make the cotton and sell it back to the US at cheap prices. the other benifit is that at that time the US had a large grain surplus. Due to the fact that you can't eat cotten, Sudan buys all the surplus grain from the US.  This is how the world bank works. GL with the essay

  4. There is no way you can get concrete proof for this. If you have the time, read the book "Confessions of an Economic Hitman". very enlightening and sheds a bright light on the topic you are interested in.

    If you don't have the time, check out his website for snippets of info and some audio material. I personally loved the book and was amazed at his account of the shady stuff that goes into "helping" third world countries.
