Usain Bolt poses flamboyant in Paris – Athletics news
Usain Bolt, the formidable sprinter from Jamaica, who boasts to be a three-time world and Olympic champion, is in Paris these days to run his 200m meet at the Meeting Areva - Samsung Diamond League.
Amid the popularity the dominator of the track enjoys among media, there was a large squad of the reporters, photographers and writers who gathered to share a word with the athletics star. The Jamaican did not disappoint media personal during the interactive
section.
As an interactive session between Bolt and over 135 media personnel took place, the sprinter appeared to be rather flamboyant and in a chatty mood, which was rather a welcoming attitude of his which, besides his performance on the track, has made him emerge
as one of the favourite athletes of the media personnel.
Just like he understands his game well, the 24-year-old emphatic runner is also aware of the tactics which keep journalists happy. This was apparent of the way he not only responded to the questions thrown towards him, but also with the way he commented
onto the people he was interacting with. One such comment, which was given to the writer of a famous newspaper, was ‘you look cool man’. The small sentence would have really made the person feel proud before his children and rest of the family.
Switching on to his game, Bolt instantly went on to observe a serious tone, when he said that after thoroughly working out with his coach, he was feeling more prepared and confident for the event. Talking about the technical matters of his game, which he
particularly had to address over the usual glitches of the sport and particularly of the discipline he specialises in, the strenuous runner said, “My technique and fluency wasn’t there my coach says, I didn’t look as smooth as usual. My start was ok but when
I got into my drive phase it wasn’t as fluent as it usually it. I’ve been training and training and this race is all about execution. Executing this race right, that’s all I’m concentrating on in Paris.”
However, despite having a strenuous training session, he was of the view that he did not have any pre-decided finishing time in his mind. Given the current circumstances, fans of the sport will keep an eye on the Jamaican, who is ready to take on the field
in Paris.
