The Japanese international is having a good time in the Bundesliga this season following a tough campaign at Bayern Munich in which he was restricted to only a handful of appearances

The attacking midfielder could not get enough playing time at Der FCB, but is now prospering at his new club. He has already scored two goals and provided two assists to his team members, and is featuring regularly to showcase
his tremendous talent.
The attacker was J. League’s best young player in 2010 and was snapped up by Bayern last year. The youngster stated that he has only been in the country since 2011 and has now fully adapted to his new surroundings.

The winger suggested that he has settled down completely and has tuned to the pace of the domestic league. He said he can further improve and get better with time.

Usami was relegated to the Bavarian giants’ reserve team in order to gain experience of the Bundesliga. He was forced to play in the second-string team on several occasions, as he was in direct competition for a place with Arjen
Robben and French star Franck Ribery in the first team.
"It was very difficult competing with such world-class players and I was unfortunately unable to make the breakthrough. However, I learnt a lot from them and this was very important for me," he finally concluded.
Usami conceded that it was hard to usurp top players at Die Bayern.
