  1. Hello,

It doesn't work with USB it won't detect. You'll have to use an ethernet cable, sorry.

    Good luck.

  2. It sounds like you bought the wrong cable. To link PCs over USB you need a transfer cable which would have come with drivers and software.

  3. With an usb cable and the right software you can transfere music and pictures from pc to phone  and from phone to pc.

So you got the wrong kind of cable, Go back, explain and ask for the right cable.

  4. If you're running windows and have a home network setup just share files over that.

You could also transfer using a flash drive (usb stick) or external harddrive.

  5. Hi Dear,

I understand your issue, you have a wrong cable , sorry..

For transferring from PC to laptop, yboth systems should have a ethernet port as one of interfaces..where you can connect a crossover cable..with RJ 45 ports at both ends...

give IP address, subnet mask and no gateway for both machines, i.e

    192.168.0.1/255.255.255.0 and 192.168.0.2 /255.255.255.0

then reboot pc , turn the network on both machines and share one folder and access it from other machine..

you are good to transfer !

    good luck
